with Aviva Rizel: 11 mn (Incl. a Superman interview!) "So the more he reaches out for you, the more suffocated you feel, the more you feel you won't get it right, cuz he keeps needing more of you. And the sad thing is, when you're only left with the pulling away, that makes you feel invisible and you call out louder...." -Aviva Rizel
"You know as I'm sitting here putting myself in your shoes, I imagine that as I keep reaching for my partner, and she keeps turning away from me, that's going to make me feel like I really don't matter and over time that would really hurt me. Is it possible that's what's really going on for you?" - Aviva Rizel
Assessment in Stage 1 EFT with
Dr. Rebecca Jorgensen 10 mn "Assessment is critical, there's a lot of moving parts you're assessing." [Don't jump to assessing the negative interactive cycle too quickly.]
